Together, members will collaborate to create a quarterly digital newsletter – Paws & Pages, highlighting shelter animals, sharing inspiring stories, and educating the community. With limited spots available, we seek members who are eager to actively participate in research, writing, editing, and design for our quarterly newsletter. Commitment is key- students must complete assigned tasks and attend meetings to remain in the club. This ensures all members contribute meaningfully and enjoy a collaborative, enriching experience.

Description

The Paws and Pages Writing Club is Designed for Ages 9-14

Students must have access to a computer to participate, as meetings are held virtually. Local students will have opportunities to attend optional on-site sessions at the shelter.

The program fee is $30 per child per session and is non-refundable. By joining the club, students will develop teamwork and communication skills while making a meaningful impact on shelter animals!

Schedule: 4:00PM -5:00PM

Session 1: January 28th, February 25th, March 4th

Session 2: April 1st, May 6th, May 20th

Session 3: June 3rd, July 8th, July 29th

Session 4: September 2nd, September 30th, Oct 21st
