cause! Birthday Paw-ty provides a memorable experience for your child and guests, while also helping our shelter animals.
Party Packages Include:
• Age-appropriate activities like crafts and treat-making for shelter animals.
• A private party room for up to 25 children, decorated with themed tableware.
• Animal-themed goody bags for each child and a special animal guest appearance.
• A private tour of the animal shelter.
• A downloadable party invitation personalized with your child’s name.
• The birthday child gets the honor of naming the next adoptable pet.
Important Details:
• Perfect for kids aged 5 and up, with up to 25 children per party.
• Parties are available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with two time slots: 11:25 AM –
1:25 PM or 2:25 PM – 4:25 PM.
• You can bring your own food and beverages; tables, and chairs are provided.
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

FAQ
Q: “What is the youngest age the party can be for?”
A: Pawties are available for kiddos age 5 and up and can accommodate up to 30 children,
including siblings. One responsible adult must be present for every 5 children.
Q: “Do I have to bring my own food and drink or is it provided?”
A: HSGM will not provide food of any kind. However, you are welcome to bring your own food
and beverages. If you opt to bring your own consumables, please bring any necessary tableware
including plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, candles, etc.
Q: “When are the parties available?”
A: Pawty days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Pawty times available are 11:30-1:30 pm or
2:30-4:30pm. Pawties are reserved in 2 hour blocks and include an additional 15 minutes before
and after (total 30) for set up and breakdown.
Q: “When should I place a reservation?”
A: Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the Pawty date.
Q: “Is there a deposit?”
A: “All pawties must be reserved with a $50.00 non-refundable damage deposit which can be
applied to the final rental fee if no damages are incurred.
Q: “When do I make the final payment?”
A: Your final payment will be processed after the event.
Q: “What if I want to upgrade my package?”
A: If you want to upgrade your package, you must let us know at least 5 days before the
scheduled event.
Q: “How much time do we get on each activity?”
A: Each activity can take up to 15-25 minutes. Times may vary depending on the activity.
Q: “Do guests get to choose which dog they’d like to interact with?”
A: Unfortunately, no. We cannot guarantee that the dog of your choosing will be available upon
your arrival.
