a Pack leader to rally the team (for kid's Packs, please choose
an adult as the leader).

to register your Pack. The Pack leader will be responsible
for registering the Pack's name and logo (if applicable) with

To qualify as a Pack and receive Pack goodies, leaders must
submit all funds raised by their Pack by Friday, February
8th, 2008 by mail (mail to: Walk 2008 Pack Registration, Humane
Society of Greater Miami/Adopt-A-Pet, 16101 W Dixie Hwy, North
Miami Beach, FL 33160) or in person (at the same address).
Remember to include a registration form for each Pack member.
For kid's Packs, each child must have their registration form
signed by their parent/guardian.
Pack
monies will be collected on Friday, February 8th, 2008 from
10am until 6pm at the Soffer
and Fine Adoption Center (16101 W Dixie Hwy, N Miami Beach).
Monies collected after that can be turned in on the day of
the Walk. Additional dollars collected after Pack registration
can be turned in the day of the Walk and will be added to
your Pack totals.
Personalized Pack goodies will be ready for pick up Thursday,
February 21, 2008 10am and 6pm at the Soffer and Fine Adoption
Center (16101 W Dixie Hwy, N Miami Beach).
