TIME, LOCATION AND PARKING INFORMATION:

Saturday, February 23, 2013. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. and entertainment will be provided from 9:00 a.m. ‘til noon. The official Walk (one mile stroll around the park - with or without dog) starts at 10:00AM.Bayfront Park, Downtown Miami 301 North Biscayne Blvd., Miami, Florida For directions and parking information, visit: www.bayfrontparkmiami.com In support of our event, Bayside Marketplace is going to offer a special $3 parking rate at the Bayside Garage the morning of the event until 10am. General Downtown Miami parking lots and metered parking spaces will be available as well.

PROGRAM:

This year we will be adding an “ADOPTION CENTER” –sponsored by Pet Supermarket - to the event where local rescue groups are invited to bring their puppies, kittens, cats, and dogs so many loving and permanent homes can be found. All adoptables will be spayed/neuters, microchipped and up to date with vaccines. We are honored to have Commissioner Sally A. Heyman as our Grand Marshall and NBC6 meteorologist, Ryan Phillips, will emcee the event for the fifth year. There will be fun-filled activities for the entire family, including all of our furry friends. Sponsors will be offering music, games, prizes, product samples, and great food. There will be a special Bakery Tentfilled with mouth-watering pastries to be enjoyed with a fabulous cup of Coffee Brake coffee. YUM!
